Es begann 2014 mit einer <a href=\"http:\/\/mheinzerling.de\/blog\/pushup-und-plank-challenge\/\">Pushup und Plank Challenge<\/a>. Letztes Jahr ging es dann weiter mit einer <a href=\"http:\/\/mheinzerling.de\/blog\/sally-up-challenge\/\">Sally Up Challenge<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Da ich nach meinem Boulderunfall, praktisch seit Mai, zur Schonung verdonnert wurde, habe ich weder am Sally Up weitergearbeitet, noch mein allgemeines Fitness- oder Klettertraining betrieben. Lediglich zu etwas Laufen hat es gereicht.<\/p>\n<p>Nun geht es erst mal wieder daran auf das alte Niveau zu kommen. Daher gibt es dieses Jahr auch nichts Extremes. Ich werde mich auch mit der Dokumentation etwas zur\u00fcck halten, damit ich es nicht \u00fcbertreibe.<\/p>\n<p>Es steht ja auch noch ein Beitrag zu meinem regul\u00e4ren Training aus. Um es kurz zusammenzufassen: Im wesentlichen K\u00f6rpergewichtstraining, minimal Langhandel und etwas Laufen. Dabei arbeite ich mich einfach durch die Progression nach <a href=\"http:\/\/www.startbodyweight.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">StartBodyWeight.com<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/antranik.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Antranik.org <\/a>und vor allem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.de\/search?q=overcoming+gravity\" target=\"_blank\">Overcoming Gravity<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Als Softwareingenieur sieht man in den Progressionen nat\u00fcrlich sofort einen <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gerichteter_azyklischer_Graph\" target=\"_blank\">gerichteten azyklischen Graph<\/a>. Als erfahrener Computerspieler ist es dann ein Skill Tree oder Erfahrungsbaum. Was liegt also n\u00e4her, als sich eine App zu schreiben, die einen <strong>Bodyweight Skill Tree<\/strong> samt Fortschritt malt. Der Baum ist im Prinzip intuitiv zu erschlie\u00dfen. Je weiter oben eine \u00dcbung steht, umso schwerer ist sie und umso mehr Voraussetzungen gibt es. Gr\u00fcn sind die gemeisterten \u00dcbungen und Orange die Aktuellen. Meist gehe ich aufs n\u00e4chste Level, wenn ich entweder 3 S\u00e4tze \u00e1 8 Wiederholungen sauber schaffe, oder eine Position 60 Sekunden halten kann. Wenn vier S\u00e4tze angegeben sind, ist meist 2 Links und 2 Rechts gemeint.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sicherheitshinweis: Ich rate dringend davon ab nur mit dem Bild irgendein eigenes Training aufzubauen. Die Lekt\u00fcre und das Verst\u00e4ndnis von Overcoming Gravity ist minimale Voraussetzung um aus dem Bild f\u00fcr euer Training einen Nutzen zu ziehen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Diesmal m\u00fcsst ihr also selber kreativ werden, welches Ziel ihr noch bis zum Ende des Jahres erreichen wollt.
